Policy Agreements
I do hereby entrust my pet(s) to Muddy Paws Dog Grooming Salon, for the purpose of grooming my pet(s). I understand that the policy guidelines as follows:
Notice by the end of business day prior to appointment day of any cancellations. Expectations will be made in emergencies situations. Over 2 last minute cancellations or no calls/no show, we will require a deposit for future appointments.

We ask that you please be on time for your appointments, being 10 min late or more may result in rescheduling of your appointment unless prior arrangements are discussed. There will be an $10.00 kenneling fee for pickups that are there longer than an hour of being notified your pet is ready for pickup unless prior arrangements have been made. Pets picked up after closing, will incur a fee of $1.00 per minute. NO EXCEPTIONS!*

We ask that you please be on time for your appointments, being 10 min late or more may result in rescheduling of your appointment unless prior arrangements are discussed. There will be an $10.00 kenneling fee for pickups that are there longer than an hour of being notified your pet is ready for pickup unless prior arrangements have been made. Pets picked up after closing, will incur a fee of $1.00 per minute. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Appointments scheduled on the hour, taking last appointment at 1p.m. Please allow 3-4 hours for most appointments. If you have a deadline for pick up, please notify staff at the time of scheduling appointment and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please make your best effort to potty your pets before your appointment. We ask that you potty to the right hand behind the building and please clean up after your pet. If you need supplies, please ask at the front desk.

For safety of your pet, please have your pet on a leash or carrier when entering or exiting the salon. We are located on a very high traffic road and need to keep all pets safe.

We require your pet to have an updated Rabies vaccine. All other vaccines are at owners and vets discretion.

We like to take pictures of your pet and add to them our facebook page. If you don't want your pet featured, please let staff know at the time of scheduling appointment.

Muddy Paws Dog Grooming Salon has the right to refuse service to anyone who repeatedly brings in neglected pets or is verbally or physically abusive to anyone on the premises. This does include their own pets.
Muddy Paws Dog Grooming Salon will not be held harmless for damage, loss, or claims arising from any known or unknown preexisting condition of your pet(s). The terms: special service or handling shall include but not limited to veterinary emergency services in the event the client is not available. Client authorizes Muddy Paws Dog Grooming to act on this or her agent in the event of emergency and agrees to pay all costs incurred. Any/all damages or claims shall include but not limited to advanced age, neurosis, illness, previous injury, skin or coat conditions or any other medical condition. Neglect of the pet coat can be cause for problems after grooming such as clipper rash/brush irritation, nicks or scapes. Muddy Paws Dog Grooming is not responsible for hematoma of the ear, from severe matting, or any other situations related to improper coat care pet(s) may have if not exposed to regular grooming. Accidents happen. If your pet is injured while in the care of Muddy Paws Dog Grooming will notify you immediately. If it's found to be at the fault of the owner or employer of Muddy Paws Dog Grooming , will pay for any and all medical expenses specific to that injury. The owners and employees of Muddy Paws Dog Grooming Salon makes their best effort to interpret the grooming instructions given. All grooming is guaranteed for 24 hours. Anything that is brought to our attention, within reason, will be fixed free of charge. After 24 hours ,any work done will be charged an additional groom price. If you have a pet that is fearful, shy, anxious, aggressive or nervous, please inform us up front so we may allow more time to properly acclimate your pet and let them adjust. If your pet is on any medications for the above conditions mentioned or has been removed from any medications, please let us know prior to the groom, so the groomer is aware, properly prepared and alert for any issues that could possibly cause injury to your pet or the groomer. We do reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that is aggressive towards us or any other pet in our facility. By signing this I agree to and understand all the agreement listed and that I am responsible for disclosing any and all history of unusual or aggressive behavior and health issues that affect my pets behavior.*
